Description
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be confident in communicating over the telephone.
  • Clear communication skills in English is required
  • With strong customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to work in rotating schedules (e.g. early morning, mid-shift, night and graveyard shifts)
  • Strong experience in Desktop set-up, configuration, Network Operations and Network Security.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Operating Systems, Network technologies (DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, Routing), Antivirus, Servers (ISA), Firewalls etc.
  • Professional experience in technical areas is an advantage
  • Broad technology knowledge(Operating Systems, Hardware, DSL Connection)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Technology

  • Making our customers know they’re valued, by taking their calls and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
  • Resolve our customers technical queries and concerns by providing real time support accurately for Internet customers abroad through phone and email.
  • ADSL, Dial-Up and network administration experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with any of the following platforms, Windows and Linux Operating System Ensure schedule adherence
  • Understanding of service & support operations best practices.
