- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be confident in communicating over the telephone.
- Clear communication skills in English is required
- With strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work in rotating schedules (e.g. early morning, mid-shift, night and graveyard shifts)
- Strong experience in Desktop set-up, configuration, Network Operations and Network Security.
- Knowledgeable in MS Operating Systems, Network technologies (DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, Routing), Antivirus, Servers (ISA), Firewalls etc.
- Professional experience in technical areas is an advantage
- Broad technology knowledge(Operating Systems, Hardware, DSL Connection)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Technology
- Making our customers know they’re valued, by taking their calls and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
- Resolve our customers technical queries and concerns by providing real time support accurately for Internet customers abroad through phone and email.
- ADSL, Dial-Up and network administration experience is an advantage.
- Experience with any of the following platforms, Windows and Linux Operating System Ensure schedule adherence
- Understanding of service & support operations best practices.
